#MealsIn30 - Lemon Chicken & Asparagus Foil Packs

So this week we put the marvellous Creme De La Crumb to the test and their:

Now this is our first #MealsIn30 challenge, so are deducting 5 minutes from each time, due to the excitement of recording ourselves and the giggling.

We all thought this recipe was super easy (despite the distractions/dodgy camera people!) and it could definitely be fine tuned to be made super fast. None of us are dieting though and all needed to bulk it out with sides. Kirsten swapped butter for coconut oil and added chilli flakes, Sadie didn't even put butter in to begin with and Emma left out the salt. So the recipe is a good one to make adjustments to. Vicky said that she would recommend less lemon.
