About the event
Our Happy, Healthy Me event is part of our November campaign; Healthy Body, Healthy Business.
- Enjoy local produce in our pre-Christmas Mini-Market (there's always time to treat yourself!) and browse the stalls.
- VIP members can start their day with a relaxing yoga session
- VIP members can settle in for a creative workshop, some real "me-time"
- Various talks from industry experts in stress-relief, well-being practices and mindfulness.
VIP Itinerary:
09:00 - Arrive
09:30 - Morning yoga with local yogi Beth Lawless
11:00 - Join us for a wonderful creative workshop - to be announced soon!
13:00 - Avoid the crowds and take a look around our Mini-Market, enjoy a packed lunch from Open House Deli
14:00 - Talks start
18:00 - We say goodbye
£35 (there are only 15 VIP tickets available)
