We have two days of business and wellness workshops, you can join either or both! Our workshops were developed alongside our experts and will leaving you feeling refreshed, enthusiastic and ready to implement some real action in your business.

We have fifteen spaces available, on both Saturday and Sunday - 5th and 6th October.

The cost includes a fully catered day in the heart of Hampshire, morning yoga, a day of enriching workshops and an evening mindfulness wind-down.

Parking is included - we encourage you to share lifts where possible.
